Untouched Bali offers its visitors the opportunity to book Bali unique activities via the Internet platform www.untouchedbali.com.

By visiting Untouched Bali you accept these Terms of Use as well as the General Terms of Business of Untouched Bali when you book services on Untouched Bali. If you do not accept these provisions, please stop using the website and leave it.

All users are open to visit the website according to its intended use. The use of further service such as the reviewing of services requires prior registration.

1.3 Changes to the booking platform
Untouched Bali reserves the right to change the content, structure, functions, and so on, of the internet platform, add new functions, or partially or fully suspend existing content and functions temporarily or permanently, as well as attach selected functions to the fulfillment of certain conditions, at any time without notice. Untouched Bali can partially or completely block access to the website for particular users. You are always legally bound by the Terms of Use at the time of your visit.

2.1 Data collection When visiting the website, Untouched Bali collects certain data (e.g. IP address, browser type) for statistical purposes. This data will be evaluated anonymously, e.g. in order to improve the use of the website.

2.2 Data transfer
Should you, even without prior registration, transfer data to us, e.g. booking queries or data from forms, Untouched Bali can evaluate this data anonymously for statistical purposes, even if no booking takes place.

3. Registration and booking

3.1 Registration When you register on the website (opening an account), you are transferring personal data such as name, address, date of birth, phone number, e-mail address and information about booked services, to us. This data will be stored safely.

4. Payment

4.1 Credit card payment When you pay for your booked services, the credit card payment will be processed by payment solution provider PayPal (www.paypal.com). Untouched Bali does not store credit card information.

5. Cookies

5.1 Use of cookies
Untouched Bali uses cookies. Cookies are used by most Internet service providers and allows Untouched Bali to recognize your computer when visit our website again. Cookies are a feature of your Internet browser software and store data about the use of websites on your computer.

5.2 Settings

Thanks to the Google Maps API Untouched Bali can provide you with additional information. To this end, certain anonymous data can be transmitted to Google.

6. Sharing Information with third parties

6.1 Booking
When you complete a booking (conclusion of the contract), a part of your data will be transmitted to the booked company so it can properly provide its services. This company can be located abroad. The company shall be under the local legal provisions on privacy protection.

6.2 Authorities and third parties
Under certain circumstances Untouched Bali and/or the booked company are obliged to pass on or make certain information available to authorities. Some data is transmitted to Google, as outlined in section 5. In case of a booking and payment thereof, the necessary data for payment processing will be provided to an external payment provider. In case of a sign-up to our e-mail newsletter, your data will be hosted by an external e-mail marketing service provider.
Untouched Bali reserves the right to pass on information to third parties, authorities, and so on, if it is necessary to ward off claims and demands of all kinds.

7. Use of data

7.1 Improving services
Data is used for contract settlement, improvement of website functions and its presentation, design of product pages, as well as for analysis, marketing and consulting purposes.

7.2 Newsletter
If you opted to receive the Untouched Bali newsletter, we reserve the right to send you regular updates about specials and other announcements.

8. Online Communication

8.1 News services
By giving us permission for online communication through your registration, you agree to allow us to send you our e-mail newsletter and other communications electronically. You can, at any time, unsubscribe from this service via the link included in every message.

8.2 News service after booking
If you book a service from Untouched Bali, you give us permission to send you relevant messages and documents online. The company who provides the service also has the right to send you messages. For details, please see the general contract terms.

9. Changes to the General Terms of Use and Privacy Statement

Untouched Bali can change the General Terms of Use and Privacy Statement at any time. The terms at the time of your visit shall always apply.

10. Applicable law

Use of the Website is exclusively subject to Indonesian law.
